Ryan Search & Consulting forms Board of Advisors

Ryan Search & Consulting, a Nashville consulting firm that provides retained executive search, leadership consulting and recruitment process outsourcing to clients in architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing and technology, has announced formation of a Board of Advisors to provide the company additional strategic advice and direction.

The Board has tapped a diverse group of business leaders from across the country, including:

J. Robin Barrick, president and CEO, Smith Seckman Reid;

Jim Fuller, owner, Fuller Consulting;

Dan Gaudette, formerly senior vice president of North American Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management for Nissan Americas and former Interim President and CEO, United Way of Metropolitan Nashville; and

Margaret Reynolds, master growth catalyst, Breakthrough Masters Unlimited of Kansas City, Missouri.

J. Robin (Rob) Barrick, PE, is president and chief executive officer of Smith Seckman Reid, a Nashville building system engineering and commissioning firm. An associate of the company for more than 36 years, Barrick is actively involved with American Council of Engineering Companies in a number of capacities.

Jim Fuller, owner of Jim Fuller Consulting, is an executive coach, business consultant and executive career strategist. The one-time executive director of a United Way agency and political director for Tennessee Governor Lamar Alexander’s re-election campaign, Fuller has coached hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs and individuals in executive career transition.

Dan Gaudette retired from Nissan North America as senior vice president of North American Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management and later served as the interim president and CEO of the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville. He currently is a business consultant.

Margaret Reynolds, Master Growth Catalyst at Breakthrough Masters Unlimited, a division of Reynolds Consulting, LLC, has assisted companies of all sizes in finding ways to grow and prosper for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Reynolds Consulting, she was with Hallmark Cards, Inc.
