Dan entered the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development markets in 2006 and founded Ryan Search & Consulting, now ryan partners, in 2010. He then pivoted to start his Vistage practice in 2018 and this now serves as the foundation for his work.
Dan and Ryan Partners have grown from being primarily a Talent Acquisition firm into one that provides a broad range of services in Peer Group Leadership (Vistage), Personal and Organizational Development and Behavioral Assessment (Predictive Index-PI). These additional service offerings enable the firm to provide a more comprehensive approach to the needs of each client.
Every firm talks about their Values, but we try to live ours in all that we do. Here are the core values we embrace as the foundation for our firm.
We treat ourselves and our customers with respect. We develop relationships that make a positive difference in our clients’ lives.
We Build Trust
We build trust through transparency and open, authentic communication. We assume positive intent and are the first to extend trust.
We are Dedicated to Others.
We create lasting and positive impact in the industries in which we operate. When we work hard, stay focused, and act in service to others, we believe anything is possible.
We are Problem Solvers
We are creative and resourceful, dedicated to life-long learning. We are open to change and maintain flexibility. We respect data and make human decisions.
We are Humble
We recognize there is no such thing as “individual success” in life. We are unanimous in victory and acknowledge those who have helped us along the way.
