Are you a blue collar leader?

I grew up in a working-class household in the midwest and the values I learned from my childhood have bled over into who I am as an adult.

My next series of posts will focus on being a blue collar leader versus being a white collar leader.  Let me first say that there is no better or worse in this comparison, but my intent is to show differences between two differing leadership philosophies.
