Looking ahead with Anticipation

When I think of buzzwords or clichés that are overused, here are a few that come to mind:

paradigm
synergy
not enough bandwidth
drink the kool aid
breaking down silos

I am going to do something today that I thought I would never do, and that is to explain why the next year will be one where what I do achieves a level of synergy that makes what I do and what we offer more complete and practical for both current and future clients.

Let me first start with the official definition of Synergy:

.the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects

As of this moment, my firms offer two unique services for organizations, with one being talent acquisition and the other being CEO peer group facilitation (Vistage). There is a level of synergy that occurs with the two of these, but the next leg of this three-legged stool will provide even more cohesiveness to what we offer. Beginning in 2020, our firm will also become a PI-Predictive Index partner organization. This will enable our firm to work with both existing and future clients to help them better understand and identify their talent and gain insight into how to better leverage and position these human assets.
